We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with trusted providers to operate Archyva, if required by law, or with your consent.

4. Storage & Security

• Data primarily remains within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Any locally cached or transferred data is protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
• We take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

5. International Access

Because Archyva relies on Microsoft 365, information may be processed where Microsoft operates data centres. Microsoft’s data protection commitments apply.
