End User Licence Agreement
Effective date: 16 September 2025
This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Archyva software. By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. Limited Licence
Archyva Pty Ltd (ACN 676 169 047) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for the trial period and thereafter per your subscription, subject to this Agreement.
2. User Manual
- An electronic User Manual may be provided to assist operation.
- The manual is proprietary and must not be copied or used outside this licence.
3. Copies
You may not copy the program, documentation, or related materials except as permitted by law.
4. Licensee Obligations

5. Warranties & Liability
- We warrant we have the right to grant this licence.
- You acknowledge software may contain errors; their existence does not constitute a breach.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.
6. Ownership & IP
We retain all right, title, and interest in the software and associated intellectual property.
7. Copyright & Trademarks
You must not infringe our copyright or trademarks and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach.
8. Continued Licence & Fees
After any trial period, continued use requires payment of the applicable subscription fees.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate this licence for breach or non-payment. On termination you must cease use of the software.
10. Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other’s confidential information and not disclose it except as required by law.
11. Data & Privacy
We collect your business email and limited usage information to manage licences and support. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Exclusions
This licence does not include updates, installation, maintenance, or repair services unless agreed separately.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Western Australia.
